Monitors legislation affecting real property law practice; serves as resource to legislators; introduces legislation to make substantive improvements where appropriate

Serves as liaison with Bill Smith, State Bar general counsel, concerning disciplinary matters relating to real estate practice; develops ethical presentations for seminars; keeps abreast of ethical and professionalism issues involving our practice and makes recommendations for informing our membership and when applicable proposes necessary action. Serves as liaison with Steve Kaskowski regarding unlicensed practice of law matters; increases understanding of the members of the bar concerning UPL issues
